PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

I ship within 3-4 business days via USPS Standard Shipping or Priority Mail. If I can ship sooner I will! You will get notification and tracking info when your order goes out.

Shipping time varies depending on shipping method selected. Please note that I have no control over how long an order takes to arrive once it's shipped out.

PLEASE be sure your address is correct as I am not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses/lost mail.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

If for any reason you're not happy with your order please contact me within 7 days to exchange. I don't offer refunds. I just ask that you return the item(s) within 14 days and that they're in the same condition as when you received them:)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom and personalized orders so be sure you order the correct size.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES FEES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/VAT fees that may be incurred. Delays due to customs are beyond my control.
